I thought these flip-flops were so cute that I just had to share. Simply buy a pair of flip-flops and a big bag of water balloons. Tie the water balloons around the plastic part of the flip-flop until it is cover and there you have it! Inexpensive and ADORABLE (though a little time consuming).
